What We Need: The Talent Affairs department is looking for an experienced Contract Manager that will assist in the organization, data collection, and management of contracts for on-air and podcast talent, programming employees, and executives What You'll Do: Managing and tracking talent and employment contracts, amendments, and option letters through the Company’s contract management system. Tracking and coordinating contracts end dates, including but not limited to, renewals and option years. Drafting option letters for distribution. Managing and updating master contract reports for senior management. Organizing and managing various templates and documents for team members. Coordinating with various constituents’ companywide throughout the contract lifecycle. Overseeing contract execution. Assisting team members with administrative tasks as needed. May require handling confidential matters. What You'll Need: Bachelor’s Degree Proven performance in a fast-paced environment in an administrative role. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Excel, and SharePoint. Strong time management skills; adept at setting priorities and managing deadlines. Ability to plan and organize, manage projects and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Stress tolerance especially with tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills. Legal experience, particularly with regard to reading and analyzing contracts. Familiarity with a contract management system is a plus.
